1.0Meeting called to order at 7:06p.m. Review & open agenda to additions- 10. Vii. -Discovery Aviation. Motion to accept agenda by Ken Z, second by Dale G.

2.0 Review 2021 AGM minutes. No errors or omissions. Motion to accept minutes by Dale G. second by Ken Z. carried.

3.0 Business arising from last AGM – None

4.0 Treasurers report by Paul Gauthier – Jordan G. Reports in Paul’s absence. See report. Bank Account balance $5,699.29

Motion for acceptance of treasury report by Jordan G, second Dale G, motion carried.

5.0 Society Annual Return was filed on July 31st 2022, AGM must be held before October 1st each year.

6.0 Motion for Membership fees to remain at $50.00 per member by Dale G, second by Jordan G, Motion carried.

Membership fees are Due by October 31st, 2022 and can be sent via email transfer to laclabicheflyingclub@gmail.com
