About the event
It’s time for the 5th Annual Splash IN! on Beaver Lake — Alberta’s only annual floatplane event!
Hosted at Lac La Biche Flying Club President Dale Gauthier’s home on Beaver Lake, Splash IN! has become a great annual gathering of pilots, aviation friends and families. We’ve welcomed close to 20 floatplanes at previous events, and we’re looking forward to filling the shoreline again this year.
Fly or Hover In!
Of course, floatplanes are the stars of the show, but you don’t need floats to join us!
Our whirly-bird friends are welcome too. A helicopter landing area will be prepared in the field directly across from the house, with signage to help guide you to the event location.
Pilots are welcome to bring as many guests as are legal in their aircraft. Just keep your return-home weight limits in mind — the food is really good.
